Our chef came from the south of France. He passed the rigourous pastry chef examen and went on to work for the most prestigious pastry shop in Provence... He brings authentic flavors. His philosophy: the simpler, the better.

Our Fresh Salads
Our salads are made to order. Simple and fresh. Our salads are simple, you palate will enjoy the taste of fresh ingredients. Today's choice is La salade (the salad) made with green salad, romaine, tomatoes and olives. It is served with a vinaigrette. The vinaigrette is a dressing prepare with virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt.
Blue and Noix is a salad composed with baby greens, candied walnuts, blue cheese and fresh pears.
La Salade a la dinde is a salad composed with spring mix, Diced turkey breast with sundried tomatoe sauce, toasted almonds, olives and cranberries, topped with our balsamic vinaigrette.
La Salade de poulet is a salad composed with spring mix,romaine, grated mixed cheeses,pesto, toasted almonds, olives and cranberries, topped with our balsamic vinaigrette.
La salade and la blue and noix come in 2 sizes The small starts $2.99 and the large one is $4.99. You substitute the blue cheese for goat cheese
